El Atardecer 10 is a well-furnished villa located in the quiet residential area of Montemar by Benissa coast. Enjoying of excellent views that stretch all the way to the beautiful landscape and to the sea as to the famous Ifach rock in Calpe. Only 10 Min. drive take us to the unrivaled coast town of Moraira, where a pleasant amount of restaurants, bars and shops can be found together with incredible sand beaches and a large choice of water activities for the adventurous ones.

The villa El Atardecer 10 is located within a ten minutes’ drive to the shops, bars, restaurants and the coves of Baladrar and Abogat situated by Benissa coast. This villa is speared over three floors Stairs from the parking place lead down to a small patio with BBQ and outside dining area. Entrance to the first floor from the BBQ area into a large living area with sea views, SAT+TV+DVD, and dining room with an open fully equipped kitchen.
